We can process payment over the phone or you can by yourself through the checkout now option here at website.  We keep the customer service up to date with your moves, not just a order number.  Remember you can locate your providers above by doing a zip code search or city and state.  Try it now.  If no one is available in one or both of your areas,  please just fill out form above, and we will contact you.  You can always book the one that is available, just mention if it's for load or unload, or both.  Choose a provider that is closest to your location and under 100 miles away.  Mention the provider(s) # with checkout, we will always call to confirm which provider(s) # is available if you forget.

After choosing your movers,  and they completed the move, you can rate them.  After doing so, you can receive up to 30 dollars back, with our 5 point rating system.

Movers are Insured and cover a 50 to 100 mile radius within your area.

Service Providers, please contact us with your proof of Insurance, to sign up.

Currently updating Merchant Account their will be a 10% of order that is non refundable.
Cancelled orders will be refunded within 30 days with 10% non refundable.
If you accidently ordered in an area where our service providers are not available
you will recieve a full refund from Ratemymove.com by Check.  (So please fill out or call first) 

Cash back for reviews if rated and owed, will be sent by check from www.ratemymove.com
Cash back can take up to 30 days.
Checks are still acceptable after completion of service for now.
Price of Crew Members

Typical crew size is 2-4, we offer 3 it allows the move to keep flowing.
While 2 crew members carry, one can stay on truck to load high and tight, or on unload side to get the tiers down, and ready for the other 2 crew members to carry. And 3rd crew member is always available for any difficult situations to help with 2 man carries. Our Flat Rate prices include 3 crew members as well.  You can view all of them at Checkout now.

Cost for movers to arrive for your load, or unload or is 259.99
(3 crew members 2 1/2 hrs)

If you need both load and unload cost is 479.99 (Special Price)
(3 crew members 2 1/2 start for each crew)

For both load and unload please specify both address's.

Extra time is 30.00 per half hour.

16ft Pods moving labor flat rate is 349.99 to load

16ft Pods moving labor flat rate is 299.99 to unload

Abf Flat Rate up to 16 ft Load is 379.99

Abf Flat Rate up to 16 ft Unload is 349.99


Special for those who only want 2 crew members load and/or unload, with 3 hr minimum is 199.99 (50hr after). (Offer is available until 3/15/2012)


Movers will contact you within within 24 hours, next day and same day booking is available, please call first.

Next day is an extra 20,Same day is an extra 35.  Book early and save.
Next day and same day fee is paid direct to crew upon arrival.
